I understand how it feels, but I have to give these words: "Don't despair". Before I got approved, I had so many re-submissions to google. I did not stop until I got approved. First, you have to create more posts and traffic on your site. BTW, it's really not easy to get approved with a blogger site. Fortunately, I discovered HubPages. It offers subdomain site that you can use as an affiliate with adsense. When I got approved, I used my adsense in posting ads on my blogger. That's it.

You have to create not only blogs but articles. Create traffic and set up the google adsense affiliate program: Check this out:
