The judge rendered a decision ordering me to pay the ff:
principal amount more than 200k
interest at the rate of 12% per annum
attorney's fees of P30,000
the plaintiff's lawyer will file a motion for writ of execution.

Hi,just like others my problem din ako sa credit card pero mas concern ko ang bank loan ko. Initially, 3x na ko na nagpadala ng letter sa bank requesting that due to financial concern interest lang muna or restructure ko na lang for longer time un loan ko. Pero wala daw cla program na ganoon.Sa kulit nila nagbabayad ako kahit pakonti konti. Still pinipilit pa rin nila ako bayaran ang due ko or else mapipilitan cla gumawa ng legal action.However, meron daw cla offer na 6 month to pay at me 15k pang discount sila ibibigay for 6 month to pay. Sabi ko nagrerequest nga ako ng restruction tapos ngaun pina igsi nyo pa lalo terms ko. Wala daw cla magagawa.Awa naman nakapagbigay ako for 1st month but talaga di ko na kaya un susunod.Di ko na alam ang gagawin ko kaya di ko cnasgot call nila. What to do?Pls help

wag pilitin pag di mo talaga kaya bayaran, at wag ka magbayad ng installment. in the meantime na wala ka pambayad, ignore mo na lang sila.
